Rev. Clarence Dupar, Jr. is the  senior pastor of the New Bethel Community Missionary Baptist Church

The New Bethel Community Missionary Baptist Church is located at 1807 Community Lane in Alexandria, Louisiana. He has led his flock for over 32 years.  He is the past president of the UEMBA. Pastor Dupar is married to Sis. Judy Dorsey-Dupar. Pastor Dupar has been pastor of New Bethel for over 32 years.
